The Arden Automotive GmbH will be with the ARDEN Widebody Range Rover AR 12 present a completely modified Range Rover LG at the 88th Geneva Motor Show. They stopped at nothing and modified the body, the chassis, the rims, the engine and the interior. The highlight is of course the extensive widebody kit that comes with huge wheel arch extensions, modified front and rear aprons, additional side skirts and a modified radiator grille. Of course, all components meet the OEM quality requirements because for a vehicle with a new price of well over € 100.000, accuracy of fit and perfect surface quality should be a matter of course.
And of course the widened wheel arches also require a new wheel set, so the AR 12 is given a high-performance wheel / tire combination in the 10,5 x 23-inch format. Of course, this is a high-quality forged rim and this is called "Sportline II" and impresses with its particularly low weight and the sporty 10-spoke design look. The wheel set is equipped with tires from Continental and, more precisely, it is the SportContact 6 in size 295/35 R23. So that the wheel set sits perfectly in the wheel arch, ARDEN lowers the body by 25 mm by means of electronic lowering and thus also ensures significantly sportier handling. And as already mentioned, there is also a changed interior. Here, diamond-quilted leather seats and inlay carpets, high-quality aluminum pedal pads and a steering wheel that is covered with Alcantara and leather ensure more individuality.
And just as impressive as the looks are the ARDEN performance upgrades on the top model V8 Supercharged SVAutobiography with standard 565 HP & 700 NM. The tuner conjures up no less than 500 kW/680 HP and an impressive 810 NM torque from the Landi, ensuring that despite an unladen weight of over 2 tons, it can reach 4,9 km/h in just 5,4 seconds (standard: 100 seconds). Arden limits the top speed to an electronically limited 250 km/h, which is definitely a good decision considering the total weight.
