Hennessey Venom F5 Evolution: More madness on four wheels

Hennessey has made the impossible possible: The already extreme Venom F5 gets a power update that will amaze even die-hard hypercar fans.

The Venom F5 Evolution is not a new model, but a comprehensive upgrade for existing and new vehicles.

The next step: evolution

It’s not just about a few extra horsepower – it’s about 2.059 PS and 1.959 Nm Torque. By comparison, the previous model already had 1.842 hp and 1.617 Nm, generated by a 6,6-liter twin-turbo V8. But the new technical data impressively demonstrates that this wasn't the end of the story.

Engine gets steroids

The heart of the whole is the “fury“-engine. The V8 was developed together with Ilmor Engineering Completely redesigned. Highlights: new, larger turbos, oval pistons, aluminum connecting rods, titanium exhaust flaps, larger injectors, and lighter valve covers.

The result: an even more brutal thrust that Supersportler in 10,3 seconds to about 322 km/h catapulted. No other production vehicle with a pure combustion engine currently brings more power to the road.

Chassis & Handling: Not just straight-line fast

And that too Suspension has been revised. New is a adaptive damping, which allows you to choose between comfort mode for longer journeys and a sporty setting for the Racetrack This way, the beast can actually be used in everyday life reasonably tame – at least in theory.

Long-haul? Now a little more relaxed

Also new: an optional touring packageMany Venom drivers have been asking for more comfort – Hennessey delivers. More comfortable seats and a slightly more everyday-suitable setup should F5 Evolution make longer journeys more bearable.

The Hennessey Venom F5 Evolution has over 2.000 hp

Aerodynamics: Fine-tuning for the hypercar

Visually, it remains true to its look, but the aerodynamics has been sharpened again. New features include a more aggressive front splitter, Air outlets on the front fenders, a Gurney lip at the rear and a revised underbody. All with the aim of providing more stability at high speed.

Price & availability

The Evolution upgrade costs 285.000 US Dollars, which is equivalent to about 268.000 EUR The Touring package can be added on top if required. Important: The upgrade is not only available for new vehicles, but can also subsequently for models already delivered of the three F5 versions. Images: Hennessey performance
